Details
All lumber is made from recycled plastics; manufacturing waste is also recycled.
Mortise-and-tenon joinery throughout.
95% of screw heads are hidden on the underside or back of the piece (minimal face screws).
Fasteners are 316 marine-grade stainless steel for rust resistance in salt water exposure.
The piece uses a unique floating aluminum frame reinforcement design to allow normal expansion and contraction of poly lumber.
