How items ship
Every item in the catalog ships as a single parcel. Items whose delivered price depends on your address are listed as quote-only and are priced before you pay — never after.
If a freight-class item is added later, it will carry its own labeled freight checkout with residential, liftgate, or appointment fees itemized before payment.
Cutoffs and delivery estimates
- Handling cutoff and dispatch window are shown on each product page.
- Estimated delivery dates use the maker’s documented transit range and business-day count.
- We do not publish dispatch cutoffs we cannot keep.
Exclusions
- We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories.
- If a carrier excludes an address, we refund or re-quote before the order is paid.
